You may now place 65daysofstatic's song on repeat for the next three months

It's no secret that Sean Murray, lead developer of No Man's Sky, is a big fan of the band 65daysofstatic. He invited them to the PlayStation Experience in 2014 for a special concert called An Evening Under No Man's Sky, and said he actually built the game to a playlist composed largely of their songs.

The two teams have been collaborating for some time, and the result is the upcoming album No Man's Sky: Music For An Infinite Universe. Just yesterday 65daysofstatic released the first sample track, called Supermoon.

Microsoft Stores and GameStop locations among the first

One of the biggest barriers to adoption of virtual reality is getting people to experience the technology for themselves. HTC, maker of the Vive VR headset, is addressing that problem by bringing its newly launched head-mounted display to retail, so anyone can try it out.

HTC is partnering with Microsoft and GameStop in the U.S. and Canada to bring Vive demos to retail. It's starting out small; the first retail locations to get Vive demo units will be the Microsoft flagship store in New York, Microsoft at Bellevue Square in Washington, Microsoft at City Creek Center in Utah and Microsoft at Park Meadows Mall in Colorado.

Here's how The Division's next update is changing crafting and loot drops

Some big tweaks to endgame

Massive Entertainment went in-depth about changes coming to Tom Clancy's The Division in its first big update, which launches April 12. While publisher Ubisoft issued patch notes for Update 1.1 earlier this week, a blog post clarifies how it will tweak the game's crafting system and item drops.

One of the most notable changes is that killing any named non-playable character over level 30 guarantees players to a high-end item drop. Enemies in the Dark Zone at level 32 will also have a 40 percent chance of dropping Division Tech, making it easier to grab more coveted loot in The Division.
