And some veteran voice actors, too

In addition to an open-ended, choice-driven story and the ability to play as a pacifist or master assassin, Dishonored 2 is continuing least one more element of the original game: an all-star voice cast. Game Informer reports that the sequel will feature Hollywood actors from movies such as Moon and TV shows like Daredevil and Game of Thrones.

Dishonored 2's two main characters, however, will be brought to life by people who are primarily voice actors, not screen actors.

Ubisoft seeking a 'permanent solution' to The Division's daily missions problem

Missing missions are just one item on a long list

Tom Clancy's The Division didn't receive a new daily mission today — for the second time this week. A tweet on the game's Twitter account acknowledged this, claiming that Ubisoft and developer Massive Entertainment are working on a fix.

"A permanent solution to this recurring problem is being looked into," the tweet reads. The Division failed to receive a daily mission, which adds a new challenge to the game every morning, both today and three days ago. In April, shortly after the release of The Division's first expansion, daily missions were unavailable for several days.

Nintendo pulls indie hit from eShop after homebrew exploit detailed

Say goodbye to VVVVV

VVVVVV, indie developer Terry Cavanagh's tough retro platformer, is no longer for sale on the Nintendo eShop. The 3DS game was recently removed after a hacker detailed an exploit that allows players to access homebrew software.

Trying to buy the digital download on the eShop leads to a dead end, despite the fact that Nintendo's website continues to list VVVVVV for purchase. Nintendo removed the game as soon as a day after the exploit was released, according to Wololo.net.

Get 'em automatically by paying more than the average

Nintendo's second Humble Bundle went live a week ago, and as is Humble Bundle's custom, the companies expanded the package today with three additional games: Nano Assault EX on Nintendo 3DS, and Swords and Soldiers 2 and Runbow on Wii U.

Any buyer who pays more than the average price — $9.74 as of this writing — will receive those titles in addition to the six games that the bundle launched with. This also applies to people who have already bought the bundle, as long as they paid more than the average at the time of purchase.

Won't be in the open beta

Blizzard has disabled Overwatch's Competitive Play mode, director Jeff Kaplan wrote in a forum post. The open beta, available now in Early Access for some and on May 5 for everyone else, will not include the feature, he said.

That's so Blizzard can "rework the system and make it better," Kaplan said. Feedback from testers who participated in Overwatch's closed beta will be taken into account, with Blizzard planning to reintroduce the mode after the full game launches.

Shadows of the Empire, an action arcade-style game that takes place just before Star Wars: Episode 6, hits GOG today for the first time, and it's on sale for $4.79 this week. That's 20 percent off the list price.
