A new way to play the indie farming hit later this year

Stardew Valley is coming to PlayStation 4, Wii U and Xbox One later this year, developer ConcernedApe announced. The game also made a quick appearance at Microsoft's E3 2016 press conference today, following the announcement that it would be heading to the Xbox and other consoles.

The indie farming simulation won popularity on Steam earlier this year, and its developer has since talked about his desire to bring the game to more platforms. Stardew Valley is expected to launch on consoles by holiday 2016.

The Xbox Design Lab announced today that fully customized controllers will be available soon. With more than 8 million color combinations, the Xbox Design Lab says it will even allow you to have your Xbox One controller monogrammed with your gamertag.

The Verge reports that the controllers will be the same updated models that come with the Xbox Slim S, run for $79.99. Engraving will be an extra $9.99.

Minecraft is getting an update allowing players on iOS, Android and Xbox to play together, Microsoft announced during its E3 press conference today. Minecraft Realms will launch later this year on console as well as mobile, although players on Xbox One can try it now for free.

Called "The Friendly Update," it will bring dedicated servers across the three platforms. More will be revealed at this fall's Minecon event, including information about add-ons. Minecraft will receive add-on content later this year for the first time.

During Microsoft's presentation at E3 today, Playdead announced that its newest game, Inside, would be coming to Xbox One on June 29 and Steam July 7.

The adventure puzzle platformer marks the developer's second game and follows a young boy as he struggles to stop evil forces from taking over the world through weird experiments on human bodies. Inside has been in development since 2010, the same year the developer's breakthrough debut game, Limbo, was released.

Horde Mode is coming back too

Gears of War 4 will launch on both Xbox One and Windows 10 simultaneously, Microsoft announced during its E3 press event this morning. It's the first game in the shooter series to hit Windows alongside console at launch.

Microsoft showed off new gameplay above, which was introduced by voice actress Laura Bailey. It shows off wind effects rendered in real-time, co-op and other upgrades.

EA is doing a great job of building hype for Battlefield 1 at E3 this year, and Microsoft just announced that Xbox One players will be the first to play it on Oct. 13 through the EA Access program.

It's not surprising news, but Microsoft fans with EA Access should still be pretty satisfied by getting the game first. Run up those levels!

The Division Underground DLC release date and details

Today at Microsoft's E3 press conference the team behind Tom Clancy's The Division announced details on their upcoming downloadable content pack. Called Underground, it will take agents deep beneath the streets of New York. Randomly generated missions will fill the subway tunnels, where "the fight never ends."

The expansion will hit Xbox One first, arriving on June 28. It's scheduled to hit PlayStation 4 and Windows PC a month later.

Keiji Inafune's ReCore will launch Sept. 13, as was confirmed today at at the Xbox E3 press conference.

The game's date was leaked yesterday in a collection of assets.

Comcept and Amrature Studio announced ReCore at E3 2016 with a  surprise trailer following a young girl and her robot sidekick. Although originally dated for a Spring 2016 release, ReCore missed that window; it will launch for Xbox One and PC.
