Hats Off To “Super Mario Odyssey”

For Real Though, That's A Really Nice Hat

Every Nintendo console needs a Mario game. That almost feels like it should be a law. Well, the Switch is finally getting one, and it looks like it's been more than worth the wait. The plot of "Odyssey" is similar to every other Mario game - Mario has to ultimately save Princess Peach from Bowser by collecting moons to power his airship (called "Odyssey") so he can travel to different worlds. "Super Mario Odyssey" has everything we expect in a Mario title with a new mechanic that looks amazingly fun. Check out the gameplay trailer below:

Web-Slinging Around NYC Has Never Looked So Fun

It's hard to really get Spider-Man right in a video game. He's fast, strong, can basically see into the future with his Spidey-sense and not to mention all the physics that go into him web-slinging around a city like New York. There's been a lot of attempts at a game, and some of have been fine. "Web of Shadows" was certainly a fun game, but when it came to moving about like Spider-Man, it still felt...clunky.

Official “Crackdown 3” Trailer Revealed

"WELCOME TO THE AGENCY!"

It has been way too long since we've had a Crackdown game - coming on 7 years now. That's way too long to be without protecting a city as a superpowered police officer with questionable control skills. At the Microsoft E3 conference today, however, "Crackdown 3" was introduced with an amazing trailer. I thought the next time I would see Terry Crews in a video game, it would be as Doomfist in "Overwatch," but I have to say, seeing him appear in the trailer a Crackdown title is just so fitting. Check out the Crews cameo and the rest of this epic E3 trailer below:
