Over seven years after Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord was announced, we can finally play the open-ended feudal life sim (it's like Animal Crossing but with significantly more kidnapping and horse violence). Skip to the bottom of this article for our Bannerlord discoveries so far, including how to briefly assault the countryside as a murderous, armed baby.

Amazon's Prime Day will reportedly be delayed

Amazon's Prime Day is a big deal: A frenzy of summertime sales that now includes a literal music festival headlined by artists like Taylor Swift, Dua Lupa, and SZA—free to stream for Amazon Prime subscribers, of course. It usually takes place in July, but that won't be the case in 2020, according to a Reuters report that says Amazon will postpone the event until at least August because of the COVID-19 outbreak.

Watch this Mount and Blade madman win a fight against 60 enemies while naked

Combat in Mount and Blade 2: Bannerlord is not an easy thing to master. A mistimed swing can cost you over half of your health points, and the enemy AI is surprisingly good at blocking and parrying your attacks in one on one duels. For a lot of players—especially those who are new to the series—killing just one or two enemies can feel like an accomplishment. But redditor TheFabled45 is putting us all to shame: The video embedded above shows him winning a battle against 61 enemies wearing just a loin cloth and a really big sword.

Symmetry, the spaceship crash survival sim, is free on GOG

Remember that Star Trek episode where the shuttle crashes on an alien planet, and in the process of repairing it the crew discovers that they're surrounded by ten-foot-tall cavemen who don't like strangers? Symmetry, released in 2018, is kind of like that: You have to manage the crew of a crashed spaceship, keeping them alive and sane while they try to fix their ride and escape from a world that's actively trying to kill them.

Sci-fi exploration game In Other Waters is out today on Steam

When I first heard about In Other Waters, I was immediately apprehensive. Subnautica was a beautiful but often incredibly stressful game, and making matters worse I'd just gotten around to playing Soma, Frictional's game of horrific monsters and worse at the bottom of the ocean. In Other Waters isn't like that, though: It's a (mostly) tranquil tale of exploration told through a computer interface, maps, and a "warm synth soundtrack."

Fortnite item shop gets a very Deadpool makeover

Epic teased Fortnite's Deadpool event all the way back at the start of Season 2. At the time, we were just thrilled to be getting a wholly unique theme for the new season after the dreadfully long introduction to Chapter 2. Then suddenly, there he was, the red-suited merc with a mouth, in our Fortnite. Two classic tastes that go great together. After seven weeks of Deadpool challenges, we've finally got some proper cosmetics to buy, and in true Deadpool fashion, he's butting his way into the Fortnite item shop.

The next EVE Online update makes murder into an Easter egg hunt, because EVE Online

EVE Online's next seasonal update (called a Quadrant) heralds the next chapter in EVE Online's ongoing alien invasion storyline. Called Eclipse, this Quadrant kicks off on April 6 and will introduce a string of smaller updates taking place over the next few months like all-new features, ships, and sweeping balance changes. It will also continue the ongoing Triglavian alien invasion storyline which as been taking place in EVE (not to be confused with EVE's other dramatic alien invasion last year), which is the primary focus of the new trailer embedded above.
