Gearbox boss: 'Bitch and moan' if you want, but the Epic Store is best for Borderlands 3

It's been roughly two weeks since Gearbox confirmed that the PC version of Borderlands 3 will be released exclusively on the Epic Games Store, a revelation that led to much wailing and gnashing of teeth among the fan base. Over the weekend, CEO Randy Pitchford spent a good chunk of time on Twitter explaining why he supports the decision and thinks it will be good for both Gearbox and Epic—and gamers—in the long run.

Apex Legends patch nerfs Wingman, gives Gibraltar and Caustic damage reduction

The Apex Legends character Gibraltar seems like a genuinely good guy; Caustic, on the other hand, is a complete douche. But one thing they have in common is that they're both built like early '90s minivans, which makes them far easier to hit with gunfire than smaller, sleeker characters like Wraith or Lifeline. But don't worry, getting your hands on it isn't reliant on RNG. During The Revelry, you'll be able to pick it up in no time by replaying the Verdant Forest PvE mode and completing some attached bounties.

MSI won’t be blocking Ryzen 3000 support on all older motherboards after all

One of MSI's support agents recently told a customer that none of the company's X370 or B350 motherboards would support AMD's upcoming Ryzen 3000 series processors (Zen 2), which caused a bit of a brouhaha when word spread. After all, AMD has said from the beginning that its AM4 socket would extend several generations, negating the need to buy a new motherboard with each new round of CPUs. It turns out, however, that the support agent was "misinformed."
