Iron Man PlayStation VR Game Announced, Coming This Year

about X hours ago from

Sony has announced a new Iron Man video game. Called Iron Man VR, the game puts you behind the visor of the Iron Avenger, allowing you fly amongst the clouds and blast baddies. The announcement trailer for the game can be seen above.

Iron Man VR is being developed by Camouflaj, a developer that previously created Republique and its VR port. In a blog post, Camouflaj director Ryan Payton wrote that his team is looking to create "a deeply personal, and appropriately funny, narrative" in Iron Man VR that sees Tony confront "ghosts from his past."

We didn't get too many details about Iron Man VR, other than you'll have Friday--one of Iron Man's virtual assistants--offer combat and mission support during gameplay. Anyone who's been keeping up with the Marvel Cinematic Universe might recognize Friday as the assistant that Tony uploads into his suit after his previous assistant, Jarvis, evolved to become Vision during the events of Avengers: Age of Ultron.

One of the most notable deals is this Xbox One X bundle with NBA 2K19 that comes with an extra Xbox wireless controller. Normally, an Xbox One X bundle sells for $500, and a black wireless controller would cost you another $60, but Ebay's deal will get you both for only $370.

If you've been needing a new gaming headset, this HyperX Cloud II headset with 7.1 surround sound is on sale for $60, a 14% price cut. The well-rated headset comes with a noise-canceling microphone and automatic echo filtering; plus, the memory foam ear pads make it lightweight and comfortable on your head. Its USB surround sound card is compatible with PC, Mac, and PS4; to use it with Xbox One, you'll need a headset adapter from Microsoft. While many pro headsets will cost you well over $100, the HyperX Cloud II is a solid and affordable option.

Apple Arcade: All The Game Publishers Announced So Far

Apple unveiled its rumored game subscription service, Apple Arcade, during a big entertainment-focused presentation today. The service will give subscribers access to a selection of new and exclusive games across mobile, desktop, and Apple TV, and it'll include titles from a variety of AAA and indie studios.

From the outset, Apple Arcade will feature games from more than 30 developers and publishers. Among the studios partnering with Apple are Sega, Konami, Platinum Games, and an array of acclaimed independent developers, including Mistwalker and Team Sonic Racing developer Sumo Digital. You can see the full list of announced partners below.

When it launches, Apple Arcade will offer unlimited access to more than 100 premium App Store games for a monthly fee. Apple says more titles will be added to the service "all the time," and future game updates and DLC will be included at no extra cost. The company also made it a point to note that all of the titles will be playable offline--seemingly a direct jab at Google's Stadia cloud platform, which won't offer offline downloads.

Apple TV Plus: All The Creators Coming To Apple's Premium Video Subscription Service

about X hours ago from

As part of its Show Time event, Apple debuted Apple TV Plus, its own streaming service coming this fall. While the company announced several exclusive series as part of today's presentation, it also teased several more with a list of names, without detailing their projects.

Among the names seen on the compilation screen were high-profile directors like Spike Lee and Mr. Night Shyamalan, actors like Bill Murray and Kristen Bell, and even Broadway stars like Leslie Odom Jr. We don't yet know what their projects are, but Apple has rolled out a formidable talent pool for its new venture.

It's worth noting that not all of the names signify distinct projects. Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon, and Steve Carell are all listed separately for their comedy series The Morning Show. Similarly, Kumail Nanjiani and his wife and co-producer Emily Gordon are listed separately for their non-fiction series, Little America. Even Charlie Brown and Snoopy get two billings.

Sekiro: How To Beat The Blazing Bull Boss

Sekiro: How To Beat The Blazing Bull Boss

The Blazing Bull is something of an unintuitive enemy for players to run across early in Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. After fighting generals and warriors, samurai and spearmen, you come across a giant, thundering bull, whose horns are wrapped in flaming hay. Suddenly, everything you learned about fighting in Sekiro seems to go out the window, and you're forced to dodge this way and that to avoid getting trampled.

Just because the bull isn't a sword-wielding foe doesn't mean your Sekiro fundamentals don't matter, though. You can, in fact, parry most of the bull's attacks, and you still want to wear down its Posture so you can deal a deathblow. The major difference is dealing with the bull's speed, and finding opportunities to inflict some damage so you can drop its Vitality, and thus get to a deathblow sooner. There's also a key prosthetic than can help in the process that's easy to have missed up until now.

Here's what you need to know to take down the Blazing Bull. We've got plenty of other Sekiro guides to help you master From Software's latest title, including a list of must-grab early prosthetics and some tips on where to find additional Snapseeds for fighting Lady Butterfly.

Flash Deal: Get The Division 2 For Only $45 Through Tomorrow (PS4, Xbox One)

about X hours ago from

Tom Clancy's The Division 2 released less than two weeks ago on March 15, and the thrilling action-shooter has already earned high praise from us for its fantastic world-building, diverse enemies and combat, smooth multiplayer integration, and plethora of compelling endgame content. Luckily, if you haven't picked up The Division 2 already, its price has already been slashed at Newegg, where you can get a copy for PS4 or Xbox One for just $45 if you use the promo code EMCTWVA35. This offer is valid only through tomorrow, March 26, at 11 PM PT (or Wednesday, March 27, at 2 AM ET). However, the deal may sell out sooner based on availability, so act fast if you're interested.

The sequel to 2016's The Division, The Division 2 moves the game's setting from New York City to Washington, D.C. A smallpox epidemic has left the country decimated, and multiple violent factions have risen up to fight for power. You play as an agent from the Strategic Homeland Division fighting to protect civilians and restore order in the nation's capital. The game earned a 9/10 in GameSpot's The Division 2 review for its combat design and detailed, visually stunning world, despite the fact that critic Edmond Tran founds its overarching story a bit lacking.
