Extended Gameplay Trailer Running On PS4

Developer Blueside recently announced that its action/ strategy free-to-play MMO will be coming to PS4. Now you can see the game in action in a new five-minute, in-engine trailer showing off the huge scale of the game’s battles.

Kingdom Under Fire II was originally announced in 2008 and aimed at a 2009 release for consoles and PC, but suffered from numerous delays. The game will be a return to the Kingdom Under Fire series’ strategic roots, featuring direct troop control, multiple playable characters, and large scale battles.

New Character Fights His Way Into Series Canon

After retelling TV series canon for more than a decade, the newest Dragonball Z game brings a narrative twist with an all-new character.

Revealed at E3 2014, Dragon Ball Xenoverse introduces a new, caped character with spiky, red Saiyan-style hair and iconic scouter who battles through the events of the show. Though we don’t know this new character’s name yet, we do have some screens of him interacting with existing Dragon Ball Z mainstays.

Here's A New Batch Of New N' Tasty Screens

Following its showing at E3, developer Just Add Water has released a collection of new screens for its upcoming remake, Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee New N' Tasty.

Far more than just an HD upgrade of Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee, you can check out the screens in the gallery below. The collection is a showcase of images form the game's first three locations. We had a chance to check out the game at E3 and walked away with positive impressions. You can read about those here.

The game is coming to the PlayStation Network on July 22, but will also release for PC, Mac, Linux, Wii U, and Xbox One at some point in the future.

Harvest Moon Channels Minecraft In The Lost Valley Trailer

The next entry in the Harvest Moon series looks to have some world manipulation elements that will be familiar to Minecraft players.

Minecraft has always shared some mechanics with Harvest Moon in terms of gathering supplies and growing plants, and the latest trailer looks like the two games might overlap a little more. In Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley, which is releasing this year for 3DS, players can raise and lower the landscape similar to the way you can in Minecraft. It will allow players to mold the world to their preference with much more options for customization.

Japanese Trailer Shows New Link Gameplay In Hyrule Warriors

A new Japanese trailer for Hyrule Warriors shows plenty of Link in action. Along with gameplay, the trailer also showcases some of the extra bonuses that will be included with the game in Japan.

You Can Be A Female Assassin (Or Just About Anything Else)

Last week during E3, Ubisoft’s Alex Amanciano addressed a question on female assassins in the upcoming Assassin’s Creed Unity. That sparked a number of other inquiries throughout E3 about the roles of female characters in other games.

We told you last week that Insomniac Games’ Sunset Overdrive will let you be whomever you want to be and that all clothing is gender neutral. In a new Sunset TV, we learn about the character customization options in video form.

New Territory For EA Sports' Golf Franchise

EA Sports didn't put out a golf game this year and Tiger Woods is no longer affiliated with the franchise – now called PGA Tour – but the substantive reason for the change is the new generation of systems. Series developer EA Tiburon says their vision wasn't possible with the old systems, which hopefully means the wait will be worth it when the franchise returns next spring. We talked to the game's executive producer, Brent Nielsen, about the move to the new systems and what that means for the title.

To bring more historical accuracy to its World War I game Valiant Hearts: The Great War, Ubisoft has partnered with producers CC&C and Ideacom International to incorporate archived WWI materials from their Apocalypse, World War I documentary.

A new developer diary video reveals Valiant Hearts will feature colorized video footage and photographs from Apocalypse, World War I. Players trigger these documents by completing actions inspired by the source material.

Rebellion has released a new trailer for their upcoming sniper simulator. This isn't your run of the mill gameplay trailer, however. You get to choose your own path.In the style of a choose your own adventure book, the narrator guides you to a point where you can choose between three separate paths. You can click one of the paths and the video will jump to that segment showing you the outcome of your choice. Make sure you have annotations turned on.
