about X hours ago from

There is a reason that Ubisoft puts its villains front and center on Far Cry box art. Last time it was the more-than-slightly sociopathic Vaas. For Far Cry 4, it’s the charismatic Pagan Min, who seems off-kilter in a very different way.

In a new trailer for Far Cry 4, Ubisoft gives us a bit more insight into how Pagan Min rules Kryat (spoiler: with an iron fist). You can check it out below.

Attila The Hun Invades The Latest Total War Game

about X hours ago from

For the latest entry in its popular strategy series, Creative Assembly is staying in Roman times to pay homage to one of the most infamous rulers of the era.

Total War: Attila focuses on the legendary Hun leader, who proved to be one of the most formidable opponents for the Roman Empire. Yes, you could assume the role of this warrior, but you could also take up the other side and repel his advances as he attempts to overtake the crumbling Roman Empire. Creative Assembly refers to this as "survival strategy," as you will also face famines, plagues, and decaying public order.

“With Total War: Attila we will create a Total War game that will challenge and enthrall fans of the series,” says project lead Janos Gaspar in a press release. “We’re reintroducing some features that fans have been asking for, such as family trees and skill trees, and improving many of the core aspects of Total War we know are important to them. But to really bring the period to life, we’re building on these foundations with many new strategic features for them to consider, such as advanced street-fighting, civilians, complete settlement destruction and dynamic fire that can rage across a city as armies clash. We want to push players to the limits of their skill to survive against the odds, and to love every minute of it.”

Your First Look At Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition

about X hours ago from

When Sleeping Dogs came out in 2012, it had a lot going against it. The title had been through development hell and people weren’t quite sure what to expect. Sliding right in between Saints Row: The Third and Grand Theft Auto V, Sleeping Dogs was a pleasant surprise and sold 1.75 million copies in its first seven months.

Square Enix is giving it (and you) another chance at it with an upcoming Definitive Edition. It’s coming to Xbox One and PlayStation 4, running at 1080p on both, and comes with all of the available DLC. It will also be available on PC.

Roll7 Announces OlliOlli2: Welcome To Olliwood

Roll7 is starting a new skate session, this time under the cameras and bright lights of Olliwood in OlliOlli2: Welcome to Olliwood on PlayStation 4 and Vita.

The side-scrolling/runner skateboarding platformer's debut earlier this year on Vita and PC was fast fun, and the sequel pushes the envelope with bigger ramps, hills, and tricks – all set to the backdrop of what looks like a variety of movie sets. New moves like 540 shuvits and darkslides have been added, and reverts, manuals, and grind switching also open up the gameplay.

The game contains five new worlds (with 50 amateur and pro levels), as well as 250 new challenges. Daily Grind, Spots and RAD modes return, and they will be joined by a new mode called Combo Rush. This is 4-player local splitscreen multiplayer.

Everything You Need To Know About Shadow Of Mordor Before Taking On Sauron’s Forces

With only five days before Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor arrives, Warner Bros. and Monolith are making sure players know what to expect from the harsh lands beyond the Black Gate. A new trailer serves a as a primer for the story, Talion and his wraith companion, rune upgrades, and the Nemesis system.

If you haven’t been keeping track of Shadow of Mordor, by far the most valuable information is how the Nemesis system works. On new-gen systems and PC, enemies will remember your encounters.
