Crossover Anime Fighting Game Arrives In North America And Europe

Sega announced today that Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax, the crossover fighting game featuring some of the most popular characters from ASCII Media Works' Dengeki Bunko imprint, will be coming to North America and Europe this Summer on both PS3 and Vita and as a digital download on the PlayStation Network. The game pulls its roster of playable characters and assist characters from series like Sword Art Online, Durarara, Oreimo, and more.

Some highlights from the roster include Kirito and Asuna from Sword Art Online, Shizuo Heiwajima from Durarara, Mikoto Misaka from A Certain Scientific Railgun, and Taiga Aisaka from Toradora. The game also features Akira Yuki from Virtua Fighter and Selvaria Bles from Valkyria Chronicles as guest characters.

The announcement trailer shows off small snippets of gameplay and teases a majority of the roster of playable characters and assist characters.

New Trailers And Screenshots For Angelic RPG

Three new videos and a batch of screenshots have been revealed for The Awakened Fate Ultimatum. Two of the videos are character trailers, along with a story-driven trailer. The new photos display a variety of different attack maneuvers and an angel-devil skill tree for leveling.

This dungeon-crawler RPG puts players in the shoes of high school student Shin Kamikaze, who becomes a god after a Fate Awakening Crystal is placed in his chest. He must choose between saving either the devil researcher Ariael or the angel Jupiel, which will result in unique consequences. The game is a sequel to the 2013 title The Guided Fate Paradox. The Awakened Fate Ultimatum will be releasing for Playstation 3 on March 17 in North America and March 20 in Europe.

Fahrenheit: Indigo Prophecy Remastered, which combines the titles used inside and outside of North America, is being developed and published by Aspyr Media for iOS, PC, Mac, and Linux. According to Aspyr, the Remastered version features increased texture detail, support for higher resolutions, touch based controls for phones and tablets, full controller support for non-mobile platforms, and seamless switching between graphical modes.

At PAX South, new screenshots were unveiled for the upcoming gory shooter Killing Floor 2. The sequel includes new monsters, weapons, and melee combat in addition to six player co-op.

The game takes place a month after the events of the original Killing Floor. Horzine Biotech's mutant specimen clones are ravaging all of Europe and throwing the continent into chaos. It's up to a ragtag band of civilians and mercenaries to work together to eradicate the menace.

Killing Floor 2 is coming to PC and for the first time to consoles with a PS4 version that was announced in December at the PlayStation Experience.

Battlefield Hardline Open Beta Starts On February 3

EA has announced the start of the Battlefield Hardline beta. You can start capturing criminals (or being one) on February 3.

The beta features three maps and three different modes. Included are Hotwire, which offers high-speed chases. You’ll be able to race through the Downtown map and the Dust Bowl. Dust Bowl will be playable in 64-player Conquest mode, also.

As the monster, you’ll have minions at your disposal as you work to take out generators and the evacuation ship.
