EA’s Instagram Account Is Revealing Star Wars Battlefront Art Piece By Piece

EA is slowly revealing a new image for Star Wars Battlefront on its Instagram page. What’s white, armed, and can’t hit the broadside of a barn?

It looks like this series of images will leave us with either a clone trooper or a storm trooper. Neither are known for excelling in accuracy.

Both of the images (combined into a single composite above) were revealed today, so we’re keeping an eye on the account to see what else pops up. We’ll update this story should more pieces of the puzzle become available.

Final Japanese Direct Details Dolls and Network Features

The third and final Xenoblade Chronicles X Japanese Direct hit this morning which focuses on the Dolls and the network features. As I did for the Exploration and Battle Directs, I’m going to walk you through all of the information we learned from watching the presentation. So let’s get started!

The opening of this direct evoked the E3 trailer with the player character walking through the hanger to board his personal robot. It also shows various clips of the Dolls in action, including a battle scene in space, which is pretty cool. After a brief scene with Doug crashing one of the Dolls, the explanations for how the Dolls work in Xenoblade Chronicles X began.

Watch Giants Eat People In Disturbing Attack On Titan: Humanity In Chains Gifs

During the April 1 Nintendo Direct, we learned that Attack on Titan: Humanity in Chains is coming westward. Now we get to see just what it looks like when you fail terribly in the game.

For those not up to speed on the manga or anime, humanity lives safely behind the walls of its remaining cities. Everything is fine (if not confining) until one day an enormous Titan shows up and destroys the wall.

The conflict begins, and humanity must fight for its existence once more. Unfortunately, Titans love to snack on humans. All of this is to say, when you lose, you’re going to be Titan chow. Here are some examples of just what that looks like:

Bound By Flame Developer Brings Sci-Fi RPG Action To Mars

about X hours ago from

Following last year’s Bound By Flame, Focus Home has announced that developer Spiders is trading in their fantasy world for a science fiction take on Mars.

The Technomancer puts players in the shoes of a man who specializes in the combination of technology and magic, as he flees from the Secret Police during a war over Mars’ resources. Focus Home hasn’t released much information about the RPG, but the announcement comes alongside a small set of images you can see below.

A few features have been announced for the game, such as crafting that affects character appearances, interactive conversations, and a handful of combat styles, but Focus Home hasn’t said much about the game’s broader strokes so far. Cyberpunk themes were also hinted at, but whether the game falls into that category or leans on more standard sci-fi is unclear.

NASCAR 15 Coming To Last-Gen Systems This Spring At Reduced Price

about X hours ago from

DM Racing (an imprint of DMi Games) has announced that it is releasing NASCAR 15 to the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC this spring – the first offering from the new rights holders of the stock car association license.

The retail version of the game will be sold exclusively at GameStop [Full Disclosure: Game Informer is owned by GameStop] for $19.99 on May 22. At the same time, a PC edition will be on Steam, and you can also download the game on Xbox Live and PlayStation Marketplace for those respective systems.

Befitting its price, NASCAR 15 (developed by Eutechnyx) is not a full-fledged sequel to NASCAR 14, but rather a standalone update to last year's game. NASCAR 15 features the season's new schedule, driver changes, over 60 paint schemes, bug fixes, and tweaks to the online multiplayer to ensure the promised 16-player races.
