The Batmobile Stars In This Week's Episode Of Arkham Insider

about X hours ago from

This week, we get a deeper look at both of the batmobile's modes in Batman: Arkham Knight. We also find out a little bit more about the Riddler racetracks that have been mentioned previously.

We've seen a lot of the battle mode features of the batmobile. With the ability to strafe and the heavy weaponry at Batman's disposal, you'll be able to stun, destroy, and even convert some of the Arkham Knight's drone tanks during battle.

Yes, those tanks are operated remotely, so Batman isn't actually killing anyone by blowing them up. Rest easy, fans.

See 16 Minutes Of An Idyllic Post-Apocalypse Village In Everybody's Gone To The Rapture

When we talk about post-apocalyptic settings, we often think of the wasteland. Desolation, destruction, and desperation punctuate games set after global cataclysm.

Everybody's Gone to the Rapture is different. Set in the English countryside in a small village, The Chinese Room has created a haunting, lovely exploration experience.

Come Tour Jurassic Park In Latest Lego Jurassic World Trailer

The latest Lego Jurassic World trailer is all about eye candy, movie tie-ins, and getting you excited about hearing John Williams' score all over again. You'll also get to see Lego Chris Pratt, if that's a thing you're into.

WB Games is also reminding fans that there's some free DLC for pre-ordering. Digital pre-purchases on PlayStation systems get three characters (Dino Handler, Eric Kirby, and Paul Kirby) and the animal control vehicle.

On Xbox systems, you get the same quantity, but different content for pre-purchasing. The characters included are a Jurassic Park helicopter pilot, Lex Murphy, and Tim Murphy. The vehicle in this bundle is Iain Malcolm's San Diego cruiser.

Blizzard Shows Off Overwatch's Time-Bending Teleporter, Tracer

Blizzard continues to roll out extended gameplay footage of Overwatch, putting individual characters in the spotlight. The latest to be featured is Tracer, a tricky, time-manipulating teleporter.

I had the chance to play against Tracer in a couple of matches of Overwatch at PAX East. Used well, her ability to rewind the clock a few seconds to regenerate health, ammo, and zip out of danger can be devastating. She can rush right back in and pick you apart the rest of the way.

Ronin Feels Like The Kill Bill Game We Never Got And It's Coming Soon

Ronin Feels Like The Kill Bill Game We Never Got And It's Coming Soon

One of my favorite games from PAX East this year was Tomasz Waclawek's Ronin. At first glance, the Devolver Digital published title looks like it riffs off Klei's Mark of the Ninja. Ronin's revenge tale takes a different path that blends platorming with turn-based combat.

You play as a woman systematically wiping out five members of a corporation. Her motives are unclear, and her face disguised under a motorcycle helmet.

As you'll see in the trailer below, you'll need to carefully plan out your moves to avoid enemy fire and get the drop on foes. You're able to throw your sword and snatch enemies from the floor while hanging on the ceiling. But get into a firefight, and you could find yourself with nowhere to go.
