Please Try To Explain What's The Deal With Peachette

In yesterday's Nintendo Direct, Nintendo revealed that Wii U launch title New Super Mario Bros. U would be coming to Switch with some small bits of new content. One addition is Toadette, taking the place of blue Toad Buckenberry, and joining as a playable character in the game. You can check her out in the trailer below.

Just kind of thrown in there is the fact that, when Toadette grabs a new crown power up, she becomes Peachette, who resembles the princess of the Mushroom Kingdom and has her same floating power.

Which...what?

Rhythm Game Groove Coaster Announces Undertale Collaboration

Groove Coaster, a rhythm game for PC, mobile, and arcade platforms, has announced a collaboration with indie RPG Undertale. This is noteworthy because Undertale's music is awesome. You can find a short teaser trailer for the collaboration below.

Groove Coaster is licensed by Taito, which means it is published by Square Enix. The track-based rhythm game tends to focus on Japanese music like J-Rock, J-Pop, and game music. Presumably a collaboration between the game and Undertale includes more than just including Undertale tracks, but it remains to be seen exactly what it will entail.

The DLC will land in October. Until then, you just have to fill yourself with determination.
