You Can Help Decide The Fate Of The Newly Announced Might & Magic Heroes VII

Though we have plenty of RPG news coming from titles we expected to see at Gamescom 2014 like Dragon Age: Inquisition, we also received an announcement for the return of a recognizable role-playing title. Today, Ubisoft and Limbic Entertainment announced Might & Magic Heroes VII, asking fans to get involved in the direction of the game's development.

The stained glass-stylized reveal trailer shows off four members of main character Ivan, Duke of Griffin's council, and Ubisoft is polling fans to decide which other two potential factions to join the game. Fans can join the Shadow Council community on the game's website to cast their vote.

Today, Chair has announced a solution for bringing fans' own creations within its hit iOS game Infinity Blade III to life.

In collaboration with 3D printing company Sandboxr, Chair has integrated a functionality into Infinity Blade III for players to design and order a 3D-printed replica of their in-game character. PC Version Of NBA 2K15 Gets New-Gen Treatment

Last year NBA fans who play games primarily with their PCs were given a raw deal. Even though PCs have been lapping the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in terms of performance for years, 2K Sports decided to offer PC players the older version of the game instead of the dramatically improved new-gen version being showcased on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. This year, PC players can finally put that hardware to good use on the hardcourt.

Today 2K Sports revealed the PC version of NBA 2K15 comes with all the bells and whistles of the new-gen version, including all game modes and features. The press release also makes mention of "even more graphical fidelity," which means this could be the best-looking version of the game on the market.

NBA 2K15 comes to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC on October 7.

Tomb Raider Is Timed Exclusive For Xbox, Could Release On Other Platforms

In an interview with Eurogamer, Microsoft Xbox head Phil Spencer confirms what many suspected – Rise of the Tomb Raider will only be exclusive to Xbox One for a "duration" of time.

When asked to clarify the terms of the exclusivity deal Microsoft signed with publisher Square Enix, he said, "I have Tomb Raider shipping next holiday exclusively on Xbox. It is Xbox 360 and Xbox One. I'm not trying to fake anybody out in terms of where this thing is. What they do with the franchise in the long run is not mine. I don't control it. So all I can talk about is the deal I have. I don't know where else Tomb Raider goes."

Later he added, "Obviously the deal does have a duration. I didn't buy the IP in perpetuity."

The Crew Coming To Xbox 360 This November, Alongside New-Gen And PC Versions

Ubisoft announced that it's bringing The Crew to the Xbox 360 this November, in addition to the previously announced PC and new-gen console versions. According to the company, the decision is meant to bring the racing game to as many players as possible, though PS3 owners are being left behind.

"It's Ubisoft's objective to continue to meet the needs of consumers who have not yet made the move to the new console generation," says Tony Key, Ubisoft's senior vice president of sales and marketing. "The Crew was originally built for the new generation of consoles, but we have always had a desire to make it accessible to as many people as possible. We're excited to bring The Crew's same core features, massive scope, mission variety and overall driving experience to Xbox 360 players."

Fuel developer Asobo Studio will be handling the Xbox 360 version of the game. That game also featured auto racing across large-scale maps, which is probably why Ubisoft turned to them when developing the last-gen version. The Crew is set for a November 11 release date on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Xbox 360.
