Watch The Dark Knight Battle The Dark Lord Of The Sith

Next year is a big one for both Batman and Star Wars. Arkham Knight arrives in June, completing Rocksteady’s Batman trilogy. Star Wars: The Force Awakens will be in theaters in December 2015 (with a sneak peak this weekend at select cinemas).

There has been a running joke between directors JJ Abrams (Star Wars: The Force Awakens) and Zack Snyder (Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice), with the duo blending their respective universes. But what if those two properties really did collide?

In the latest episode of Machinima’s Super Power Beatdown answers the question of what would happen if Batman tried to take down Darth Vader. We won’t spoil it.

This Dragon Age: Inquisition Art Looks Mighty Familiar

Everyone loves a good hero, and that affection is typically amplified when it comes to teams of remarkable people. But even the most powerful assembly of champions need to kick back once in a while.

Today, BioWare shared the Dragon Age: Inquisition art above. The caption made us raise an eyebrow and scurry off to confirm our suspicions.

“All great teams of heroes need time to unwind after closing a giant hole in the sky,” BioWare writes. Now what other team could they be slyly referencing? Well… this one:

Dark Souls Steam Migration Delayed Until December

Dark Souls Steam Migration Delayed Until December

In October, Bandai Namco announced that it would be transferring online services from Games for Windows Live to Steam. That process was supposed to be completed in November, but it’s now been delayed.

The migration is now slated for December. “We are working hard to finalize the process to move your Dark Souls: Prepare to Die saves and achievements to Steam,” Bandai Namco writes. “We need to conduct additional testing and we are now hoping to begin this process in December. We'll have more information in the coming weeks. Thank you very much for your patience!”

When the transfer service does go live, Games for Windows Live users will be able to redeem a copy of the game on Steam and move their data. Those that delay will still be entitled to a copy of the game, but may not be able to migrate their saves and achievements. We’ll update once migration dates are finalized.

Disney Magic Bands Unlock Something Special In Disney Infinity 2.0

Last year, we shared with you a Disney Infinity secret only available if you have a “magic band” from one of the company’s theme parks. These nifty accessories unlock hotel rooms, get you into the park, and allow you to charge purchases to your room. They also make dragons appear in Infinity.

For this year’s installment of the game featuring Marvel Super Heroes, the magic bands give you access to a whole new world. Waving the band over the Infinity base while playing 2.0 will unlock the It’s A Small World attraction.

This comes complete with the familiar theme song. Once you save your game, you won’t need to unlock it again with the band and it will always be available.

Sony Agrees To Pay Up To $50 Per Customer Over Misleading Vita Advertisements

In the early days of the PlayStation Vita, Sony made a number of claims about the system’s features. One of those was the ability to move seamlessly between the PlayStation 3 and the handheld. As history tells us, the mechanics were a bit more complex.

As we know now, the feature wasn’t available on every PlayStation 3 game and use of cross-save often required the purchase of two versions. In the case of titles like MLB ’12 The Show, the process wasn’t instantaneous, requiring completion of a full game on the PS3 in order to transfer to the Vita.

Universal Releases Full Jurassic World Trailer

Universal Releases Full Jurassic World Trailer

The full Jurassic World trailer was originally set for a Thursday release, but as with everything else related to the notorious parks, something unexpected has happened. Fortunately, nobody got eaten this time. Instead, you can check out the full trailer online now.

As you can probably imagine, the complete trailer is significantly meatier than the tease that hit the web a few days ago. It shows off some nice shots of the dinosaurs, a grim-looking Chris Pratt, and some ominous talk about further genetic manipulation. Personally, I find the size of the crowd as scary as the threat of winding up in a T-Rex's belly.

They Actually Did 'The Mario On Dancing With The Stars

They Actually Did 'The Mario On Dancing With The Stars

On last night’s episode of Dancing with the Stars, professional dancer Mark Ballas and Duck Dynasty star Sadie Robertson danced a freestyle inspired by none other than the plumber brothers. The result was a lot less cringe-worthy than you might expect.

Ballas jumped in Mario’s shoes while Robertson took on the role of Princess Peach. Part-way through the video, they’re joined by Luigi and Toad. Their routine, which you can watch below, was accompanied by music and sound effects from the original Super Mario Bros., both of which were surprisingly well-integrated into the routine. In fact, it borders on tasteful. (Maybe Hollywood should take a cue or two from the Stars.)

Fun fact: the arrangement of classic Mario tunes you hear in the video was put together by longtime Nintendo composer Koji Kondo. You can download the official audio track here (even if it is missing some of the embellishments in the video above).
