GameInformer News Reddit user alain471 and his mom have an excellent sense of taste, as some of alain471’s Game Informer collection has been immortalized forever (well, okay, for a while) in a stylish table.
Alain471 states that they will probably be placing a layer of glass over the table to keep the long term damage at a minimum, as well as revealing that there’s a killer set of stylized coasters to go with the table.
I’m pretty sure I can do something like this with a car, some bananas, 100 issues of Game Informer, and a blowtorch. I’ll let you know that project turns out.

GameInformer News With the PSN and Xbox Live issues over the last week, what have you been playing? With travel, family gatherings, and other holiday fanfare going on during this time each year, it’s certainly possible that games might not be on the menu at all – or maybe you’ve been waiting for the perfect time to get in a great play session or some killer couch Super Smash Bros. now that you’ve got a few hours to spare.
Without my gaming PC, I’m mostly mobile during the holiday season, although I did find some precious time to spend with some family and P.T. on Christmas Eve – just the kind of game that’s perfect for those special holiday moments! There’s nothing quite like a few family members looking baffled as you whisper “Hello” into your mic. I’ve been peeking in on iOS as well, grabbing a bite of Kings Road, Hearthstone, and Flyff All Stars during some downtime.
So, what are you playing?

Xseed has been hard at work localizing the next Bokujō Monogatari title, Story of Seasons. As a little treat, the developer showed off one of the new animals from the popular farming sim: The Angora rabbit, who also has its own plush.
Everybody loves a good video game plush, right? Check out this little furball, the Angora rabbit. The brand-new Angora rabbit nestles in the coops with the chickens, and they're likely to drop some loose strands of hair that you can weave into clothing.

Is that holiday gift card money already burning a hole in your pocket? You're in luck. Microsoft revealed the sales for December 26 for its Countdown to 2015.
The best deal by far is Sunset Overdrive for $30 (that's 50 percent off!). Our own Andrew Reiner loved the game, "...Sunset Overdrive is an immensely rewarding experience that has a look and style all its own and a great gameplay package to complement it. It’s a colorful return to form for Insomniac games, and a hell of an exclusive for Xbox One."
You can read more about the game in his review.

The holidays are bursting with generosity. Many seek the perfect gift for someone special in their life. Sometimes it’s as simple as getting something we’ve been pining for but can’t afford, like a video game or a console; other times people go to extremes to hunt down crafty video game memorabilia for fans, such as a special plush, figure, or t-shirt that’s hard to find. Either way, we thought it’d be cool to share a special gift you gave or received and discuss why you’re excited about it.
Feel free to share all the detail you want. Maybe you somehow tracked down one of those hard-to-find ambiios (I’m still heartbroken about not being able to find a Marth!), or maybe you or someone went above and beyond to get something specially made in the name of video games.
Share your favorite gifts and why in the comments below!
