GameInformer News If you’re interested in more Dying Light, you’re going to want to jump on the season pass in the next two weeks. Techland has announced that the $19.99 bundle is increasing in price by 50 percent.
The company says that the upcoming The Following expansion has grown significantly since its inception, leading to a standalone price point of $19.99 (up from $14.99). The developer suggests that it could exist as a standalone game, but will release it as DLC to avoid a further delay.
The price of the season pass increases to $29.99 beginning December 8. Those who already purchased it are unaffected and will still receive The Following as part of that bundle as promised.

GameInformer News This War of Mine is getting a board game adaptation and its creators are calling it an, "instant-play game, with no need to read the manual before starting the adventure."
The game is being made in collaboration with the original video game's developer, 11 Bit Studios, and designers Michal Oracz and Jakub Wisniewski. Oracz has plenty of board game credits to their name, and Wisniewski worked on the recent Dying Light. As mentioned above, the goal for the game is to require reading the directions unnecessary, broaden the original game’s universe, and focus on human interactions and group decision-making.
The game is planned for release in 2016. You can read our review of the This War of Min video game by heading here.

In late October, Sony announced via its quarterly earnings report that it had shipped 29.3 million PlayStation 4 consoles to retail (as of September 30). Today, the company shares that it has hit a milestone with 30.2 million units sold to customers.
This statistic pulls together sales through November 21 or 22, depending on region, making it accurate within a few days. Sony continues to truck on, despite a weak first-party holiday lineup.
While PlayStation 4 remains in the lead worldwide, Microsoft made a statement in October with Halo 5. The latest title in the $5 billion franchise motivated sales in October, giving Xbox One the edge over PS4 in October in the United States.

Thanks to a Toddyhancer graphics mod, Star Wars Battlefront is receiving an extra level of realism.
Toddyhancer creator Martin Bergman, formerly a QA and localization tester at Activision (according to his LinkedIn), is still developing the mod, but plans to release it for public use. Bergman is also behind the Grand Theft Auto V photorealism mod.
Bergman states that the mod currently begins to falter at the 30-40 frames per second mark, though. Battlefront currently runs at 60 frames per second on consoles and PC.
