about X hours ago from

Last week a rumor popped up that Microsoft's Forza Motorsport 6 was planning a NASCAR expansion. Now the publisher and developer Turn 10 Studios have officially announced the product, which is available today for $20 on Xbox One.

The NASCAR Expansion contains its own world tour of races that pit stock cars against other cars in the game. Play as real-life drivers like Kurt Busch or Jimmie Johnson as they take on Formula E cars or WEC prototypes on road courses around the world. The expansion also features Homestead-Miami Speedway and utilizes the voices of Busch, Johnson, and Chase Elliot for a segment called "Voices of Motorsport" that talks about NASCAR and stock cars.

The expansion contains 24 different paint schemes covering 16 drivers. Click on the source link below to check out the expansions' full list of paint schemes and drivers.

Call Of Duty: Black Ops Likely Coming Soon To Xbox One Backward Compatibility

An advertisement appearing on the Xbox 360 dashboard hints that a long-promised backward compatible title might finally be coming to Xbox One. Way back when Microsoft announced the backward compatibility feature a few titles were tipped for inclusion, but only two have come to fruition so far.

Call of Duty: Black Ops may finally be playable on Xbox One at some point (as shown in the photo we took above), but it doesn't work yet. The remaining commitments from Microsoft include the trio of BioShock games and Skate 3.

Microsoft has commissioned its own poll of fan-requested titles for backwards compatibility – which Black Ops was on, but many of these haven't come to pass yet.

Where's Our Homefront: The Revolution Review?

Today marks the release of the sequel to Homefront, but if you want to read our official review, you have to wait a bit longer. Though we did get the PC version early, we determined that we needed to wait to play through the console version before settling on a final score.

Unfortunately, neither the PS4 nor Xbox One versions were distributed in time to have a review ready in time for release. It should be up later this week, once we can assess the console experience.

Transformers 5 Is Officially Called The Last Knight

about X hours ago from

The fifth film based on the popular Transformers franchise now has an official name. Transformers 5 is called "The Last Knight" and begins production in June.

The Transformers film franchise has been a roller coaster for many fans. After a decent debut that garnered a 57% positive rating on Rotten Tomatoes, the series has spun out and lost a lot of goodwill with its fan-base despite still raking in money at the box office. The most recent film, Transformers: Age of Extinction, holds just an 18% on Rotten Tomatoes, but still grossed over $1.1 billion worldwide.

Transformers: The Last Knight once again stars Mark Wahlberg, who took over lead duties from Shia LaBeouf following the third film in the franchise, Transformers: Dark of the Moon. Michael Bay also returns for this entry as director.

Report: Warner Bros. Working On Spin-Off Movie For Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn

about X hours ago from

After the disappointing performance of Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice at the box office, Warner Bros. is said to be focusing its resources on the upcoming Suicide Squad movie. The film, which turns the spotlight on the bad guys in the DC Universe, features such stars as Jared Leto as The Joker, Will Smith as Deadshot, and Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn. According to a report from The Hollywood Reporter, Warner Bros. is considering giving Robbie's Harley Quinn her own spin-off in the form of film that would focus on DC's female heroes and villains.

While THR was unable to obtain too much more information, the outlet did learn that names like Batgirl and Birds of Prey could be involved in some unclear capacity. According to the report, Robbie's research for her role as Harley in the Suicide Squad film led her to fall in love with the female characters of DC Comics. From there, she worked with an unnamed female writer to develop a story that Warner Bros. reportedly picked up.

No further details were made available through the report, but if Suicide Squad is the success that Warner Bros. hopes it is, this move would make sense for the studio as Robbie's Harley Quinn has been a centerpiece for all of the trailers we've seen so far. Suicide Squad hits theaters August 5.
