Racy Rail Shooter Gal Gun: Double Peace Has A $90 Partial Nudity Add-On

Gal Gun: Double Peace is straight outta Japan, bringing together the time-tested rail shooter concept with the timeless hint of anime breasts. But if a glimpse at the ankle isn’t enough for you when you are giving women ecstasy with your pheromone blaster, you can drop a lot more for a bit of additional skin.

The Pheromone Z add-on, which costs a whopping $90, is on top of the $60 game purchase price on PS4 and $40 on Vita. The DLC allows you to see through the clothes of all the lovestruck girls.

However, despite dropping that much money, you still have to turn in a reportedly sizable amount of earned currency. The purchase doesn’t give you instant access.

Indigo Prophecy Is Finally Arriving As A PS2-On-PS4 Game Next Week

Quantic Dream’s Indigo Prophecy (called Fahrenheit in other territories) was something completely different in an era defined by first-person shooters and character platforms. The game opens with your character having unknowingly committed a grisly murder and just gets wilder from there.

On August 9 (a few weeks later than originally anticipated), the PlayStation 2 title is getting polished up for PlayStation 4. This time out, you’ll be able to earn trophies while you experience the push and pull of running from the law while also stepping into the shoes of a detective investigating the crime.

The resulting gameplay leaves you with tough decisions, as decisions made as one character create opportunities or distractions for the other. If you missed it in 2005, you’ll get your chance to explore New York’s harsh winter on next week.

Pokémon Go Comments On Appearance Of Legendary, Says Battery Saver Mode Returning

Niantic recently offered some details about Pokémon Go on its official Facebook page, commenting on its status, its near future, and the strange erroneous appearance of legendary Pokémon, Articuno.

The first part of Niantic's update revealed the game is now available in Central and South America. The update also comments on the recent, confusing decision to remove the game's battery-saver mode writing, "We have been hearing the feedback loud and clear about the removal of the Battery Saver mode on iOS devices. We had removed this feature as several users were experiencing it to be buggy, but we are fairly confident that a fix for this should roll out within the next several days."

Additionally, Niantic commented on the recent appearance of Articuno, which was claimed to have been acquired through legitimate means, but Niantic now confirms this was not the case writing, "A few of our Legendary Pokémon had erroneously been granted to some Trainers. Thanks to the help of several of our Trainers, we were able to locate them and bring them home safely."

2K Wins Motion To Dismiss Some Damages In Lawsuit Over NBA 2K16 Tattoos

2K and parent company Take-Two can breath a sigh of relief following the dismissal of some requested damages in a lawsuit that might have cost the company billions. A case brought by tattoo designer Solid Oak Sketches attempted to secure statutory damages of $150,000 per infringement for unauthorized use of eight designs in NBA 2K16.

United States district judge Laura Taylor Swan granted 2K’s motion to dismiss statutory based on timing of the design copyright. The first use of the tattoo images was in 2013’s NBA 2K14. The designs were not copyrighted until 2015.

The law states that if the first use pre-dates copyright and there is not a significant period of non-use that statutory damages and attorney fees cannot be awarded. Because NBA 2K games used the tattoos in the same way and are considered to be repeated, non-interrupted use, 2K will avoid potentially enormous statutory damages.
