David Hasselhoff Raps About Guardians Of The Galaxy In This Music Video

David Hasselhoff and the cast of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 go full 70s (and some 80s) together in this music video ahead of the film's blu-ray release.

If you sat through the ending of the movie, you might remember a song about Star Lord bringing Baby Groot into battle, titled "Guardians' Inferno." Director James Gunn has given visuals to that song alongside most of the movie's cast wearing their best fake mustaches and bellbottoms. Hasselhoff was mentioned more than a few times within the movie as the man Star Lord claimed was his father when on Earth.

Check out the video below and chime in with the comments of all the actors you recognize.

Jecht From Final Fantasy X Returning For Dissidia Final Fantasy NT

Square-Enix's upcoming PlayStation 4 fighter merging the Final Fantasy universes will once again feature Jecht, Tidus' hotshot father and primary antagonist of Final Fantasy X.

Jecht uses his large black sword as his primary weapon and seems to enjoy long walks on the beach while beating his son. He joins the cast of 24 other characters confirmed so far for the game, including Ramza Belouve from Final Fantasy Tactics and Noctis from Final Fantasy XV.

Dissidia Final Fantasy NT is available to play in the arcade if you live in Japan. If you don't, the PlayStation 4 version will have a closed beta sometime in the next few months with an expected full release in early 2018.

Netflix Buys Creator-Owned Comic Publisher Millarworld

Streaming media giant Netflix recently announced it has purchased Mark Millar’s comic book publishing house, Millarworld.

Mark Millar first made a name for himself working in the comic industry on titles like The Authority, The Ultimates, and Marvel Comic's first Civil War event.

In 2004, Millar launched the creator-owned line called Millarworld, which published books like Wanted, Chosen, and Jupiter's Legacy (pictured). Unfortunately, Netflix won’t have access to properties like Kick-Ass or Kingsman: The Secret Service since those rights are cutrently locked up in motion picture deals, but Netflix will have plenty of other popular comic properties to work with.

Party With Game Informer At 2D Con This Weekend

Starting this Friday, a good number of Game Informer staffers will be at 2D Con, a fan convention held at the Doubletree hotel in Bloomington, MN. Game Informer is well represented across all three days of this show, starting with a live Replay recording on the main stage at 6 p.m. on Friday.

The focus of this Replay episode is to play through some of the worst games ever made, including Superman 64 and Mortal Kombat Mythologies: Sub-Zero. You may even see us play some games that fans have been demanding for years (including a co-op adventure starring Dan Tack and Kim Wallace). The live Replay runs for four hours and is just a few feet away from a bar. We'll also be bringing community members on stage to become a part of the show. If you aren't at 2D Con, you can watch it live on Twitch right here.

On the following day at 11 a.m. CT, I am giving a keynote speech with friends Chris Kluwe (former Minnesota Vikings punter turned game creator) and Justin Courtney Pierre (lead singer of Motion City Soundtrack). Our talk is about inspiring creativity. We will explore all of our works from writing to designing, and will end our session by answering your questions.

Here's A Sneak Peek Of Josh Brolin As Cable In Deadpool 2

The first Deadpool movie did gangbusters at the box-office, but it also teased the introduction of Cable in a post-credits sequence. In the comics, Deadpool and Cable have an antagonistic relationship, and were once actually roommates (crazy but true).

The first Deadpool movie impressed a lot of fans, so its not surprising people are looking forward to the sequel. Cable from the comics is a pretty imposing figure, and Josh Brolin certainly has the look down, so we're excited to see his performance in the final film.

Check out this first look of Josh Brolin as Cable from Deadpool 2 courtesy of Ryan Reynolds, who also recently tweeted out an image of Domino.

Creator Of Metroid II Fan Remake Hired To Work On Ori Sequel

One year ago today, a fan-made remake of Metroid II: Return of Samus was removed from the Internet – at least officially – following a DMCA takedown notice from Nintendo. It was a disappointing, but understandable move from the company, which made more sense following a later E3 reveal that it was in the process of bringing back the Game Boy game in its own enhanced remake. Life moves on, and last night Milton Guasti, the creator of the fan game revealed some good news: He's been hired by Ori and the Blind Forest developer Moon Studios.

It's a special day for another reason. I'm now part of Moon Studios, I'll be working on level design for Ori and the Will of the Wisps.

Moon Studios founder Thomas Mahler has high praise for Guasti. "Milton is an incredible talent. We interviewed him and gave him a little test (we require every new hire to do a little test to see if we're a match and to check how the person reacts to feedback, etc.) and he passed that little challenge with flying colors," he wrote on NeoGAF. "I was grinning all throughout his pitched level design since it was clear from the first second that he 'gets it'. Last year we hired Chris, one of the level designers for the recent Rayman games and a minute into the call he PM'ed me with, 'Hire him. Now.', hehe."

Titanfall RTS Spin-Off Comes To Mobile Next Week

Titanfall: Assault, a spin-off of the popular shooter, is coming to iOS and Android next week. This title moves away from Titanfall's signature fast-paced gameplay and replaces it with real-time strategy.

You play as a commander leading crews through different environments as you attempt to capture enemy territories. As you travel across familiar Titanfall locations, you collect burn cards and upgrade resources.

This isn't the first time Titanfall has attempted to enter the mobile market. Titanfall: Frontline, which reimagined the Titanfall universe as a card game, was cancelled earlier this year before it even exited beta.

Disney Announces Star Wars Themed VR Attraction Opening Later This Year

Lucasfilm's immersive entertainment division, ILMxLAB, along with The Void, are introducing a new virtual reality attraction called Star Wars: Secrets of the Empire that is coming to certain Disney resorts. Described as a "hyper reality" experience, Disney explains that it will allow fans to "move freely in an untethered, social, and multi-sensory experience, including interaction with friends, fans, and Star Wars characters."

At this time, it's unclear exactly what the experience will entail or what kind of Star Wars story it will tell outside of it being presented in VR. The attraction is coming both Downtown Disney and Disney Springs this holiday season.

For more related to Star Wars and VR, check out our Test Chamber that shows off gameplay from the VR title Star Wars: Trials on Tatooine.
