Nintendo Of America President Says Demand Is Still Outpacing Supply

In an interview with Mashable, Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime talks about how Nintendo has dramatically upped supply of products like the Switch, but demand is still outpacing supply.

Fils-Aime describes the Switch stock situation as Nintendo trying to do right by their customers.

"We actually sold through almost 2.8 million units, so we dramatically over delivered. And yet, demand outpaces supply," he said. "So what do some of the consumers on Reddit say? 'Gosh, Nintendo, if you would've made more you would've sold more.' Well, we did make more! And certainly we're on a pace to supply in the current fiscal year 10 million units."

You Now Can (And Should) Enable Two-Factor Authorization On Nintendo Online Accounts

Today, Nintendo has instituted an app authenticator for your online Nintendo account, a security measure that makes it far more difficult for other people to access your account without your consent.

To enable it, head to Nintendo's login web portal, then check out the "Sign-in and security" section. From there, if you haven't verified an email address, you will need to do that before two-factor authorization can be enabled.

This makes a requirement that every new log in for your Nintendo account requires another authorization from you besides just the login and password, usually via an app (in Nintendo's case) or a code texted to you.

Destiny 2 – Xur's Gear Rewards For The Weekend Of September 22

Who doesn't need a Wardcliff Coil? This is the prized weapon Xur is selling this weekend. You can find this mysterious traveler on Titan, hanging out on the The Rig. You'll find him holed up in a building, basked in light that reveals just how odd his face is. Xur is also selling gauntlets for the Titan class, a helmet for Hunters, and gauntlets for the Warlocks out there. The rocket launcher costs 29 Legendary Shards, whereas the class-specific items just cost 23.

As of this writing, Xur is selling this gear for another three days and 17 hours. Go grab your items before you continue your adventures. You can take a closer look at all of his wares below in the screenshots below.
