Today marks the 15-year anniversary of The Gameboy Advance's release in Japan, so we're going to look back and determine what games were the cream of the crop for Nintendo's handheld powerhouse. From new, quality entries in established series to the birth of exciting franchises, here are the 10 best games made for the Gameboy Advance.

10.  Mario & Luigi: Superstar SagaThe popular Mario & Luigi series, itself a successor to Paper Mario and Super Mario RPG, began with this entry way back in 2003. Four entries later, Superstar Saga is still one of the best games in the series thanks to its timeless humor and innovative, fun RPG mechanics. For those who missed out on the game when it was originally released, you can grab it for the Wii U's Virtual Console.

9. Golden SunGolden Sun is a quality title with a gorgeous aesthetic that serves as a fantastic homage to the best RPGS for the Super Nintendo. Golden Sun ends up being one of the more memorable RPGs on the system thanks to its fantastic technical presentation as well as its hours upon hours of content.

Are These Overwatch's Unannounced Characters?

A new short film landed today about Overwatch focusing on the character Winston. In it, a display screen quickly flashed a series of pictures of characters. Many of these faces we recognize from our previous Overwatch coverage and playing the beta. Many of these faces, however, are brand new.

It's very likely these images, grabbed from the short film, could be new characters teased for release after the game launches. They could also be different skins for revealed characters, or unmasked version of characters whose faces we haven't seen. It's equally likely, however, that we will never see these characters outside of this short.

On the off chance they are new, however, we've layed them all out here.

Tear Through

Tear Through is an isometric action-tactical game being developed by Bandit-1 that features icons instead of people. You play as a SWAT officer completing various objectives in different levels, like rescuing hostages or defusing bombs. The array of options available to the player, such as peeking under the door to survey the surroundings or shooting through walls to take out foes, makes Tear Through much deeper than it appears initially. Tear Through is in early stages of development and you can find out more info about it here on the game's website.

Unboxing The Newest Sora (Halloween Town) Kingdom Hearts Figure By Play Arts

Two Kingdom Hearts figures are releasing at the end of month, most notably a new Halloween Town version of Sora from Kingdom Hearts II. We unbox it to see it in action.

As a big Kingdom Hearts fan, I owned a previous Halloween Town iteration of Sora, so I thought it'd be fun to compare the two in the video below. Watch Kyle Hilliard and I size it up to other Play Arts figures, look at the different keyblades, and play around with the new Sora figure. 

For those wondering, the dimensions are appropriately W 4” x D 3” x H 8.3, and this adorable collectible releases on March 28.

Every hero needs a sage advisor, someone to dispense wisdom and guidance in times of crisis and hardship. Games naturally lend themselves to the presence of a mentor, as developers have a lot to teach players before they turn them loose into their carefully constructed worlds. Unfortunately, these advisors aren’t always as wise as they should be. Sometimes their advice comes out more as nonsensical gibberish than anything else, and sometimes they tend to explain the obvious while leaving the player to work out the frustrating details. For the second consecutive week, Replay dives deep into Square Soft's catalog of games. In this episode, we travel back to 1995 to look at Chrono Trigger, a Super Nintendo RPG the melds the vision of Hironobu Sakaguchi with the art of Akira Toriyama.

Although we begin the episode with a look at Chrono Trigger's opening moments, we revisit save files that take us deeper into this time-traveling journey. From the dinosaurs to mankind's bleak future, we show off as much of this game's overworld and combat as possible.

After a short commercial break, the 2016 Super Replay Showdown begins. First time show runner Wade Wojcik has big plans for this competition, namely turning it into an actual competition unlike Ben Hanson's twisted and strange tournament from last year.

With our cover story on Gears of War 4, we covered a lot of topics to describe The Coalition's work on the next installment for the series. With today's feature, we want to focus on what it's actually going to be like for players when they get their hands on an Xbox One controller. While visiting the studio, we spoke with lead campaign designer Matt Searcy and studio head Rod Fergusson about the team's plans to maintain the classic Gears of War-feel while adding several new tweaks and features.
