We're Live Streaming The Titanfall 2 Campaign Right Now

Update: We're live now. Tune in below!

Titanfall 2 is set to be released on Friday. We dug the game a lot (check out our review here) and we're going to be streaming a good deal of the campaign tomorrow from 4-6 PM Central Time.

Be sure to tune in and ask questions in the chat channel. I'll be at the controls and, having played the campaign multiple times, will probably be able to answer whatever questions you have.

Nintendo dominates blogs this week thanks to the announcement of the Switch, but there's plenty of gaming blog goodness for everyone. Read away!

Community Blogs For October 20 – October 26:

My Thoughts on the NX For StarterPack, appearance is a huge part of what he likes in a console, and the Switch just does not have the looks. He also does not like the name, and is afraid it may be flimsy. Considering Nintendo made the original Gameboy Advance strong enough to run over in a small car or flush in a toilet, it's probably safe to say that this console will be sturdy. Plus, it will have all of the Nintendo exclusives. But we won't know how good it is until we have it in front of us.

Test Chamber – Suiting Up In Titanfall 2's Single-Player Campaign

Titanfall 2 is out tomorrow. Fellow editor Suriel Vazquez and I decided to show off an entire level from early on in the game that offers a pretty comprehensive look at the sort of gameplay you'll find throughout the rest of the campaign. There's a lot of Pilot combat as well as Titan-riding and even a boss battle at the end, with relatively few spoilers.

So suit up and click below to watch us play through "Blood and Rust" below:

The Idiot’s Guide To Battlefield 1

Battlefield is a complex first-person multiplayer shooter that demands coordination and teamwork to find success. But that doesn’t stop legions of idiots from running and gunning like Rambo impersonators in search of a glorious kill-death ratio and little else. Consider this roundup of tips as a Battlefield intervention. You don’t have to run from gunfight to gunfight attracting the derision of every solider in your platoon. If you simply follow the handy suggestions outlined below, you will be well on the path to recovery.

Battlefield veterans just jumping into the latest game may find some of these tips helpful as well, considering the new World War I setting creates a new dynamic between vehicles and infantry.

Join A Squad And Stick With ItThe top of a Battlefield 1 leaderboard is typically dominated by one savvy squad. Why is that, you ask? Because they stick together and help one another, which leads to a windfall of experience points. Being a lone wolf does no favors for you or your team.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Gives You Lots Of Options For Dancing Like An Idiot

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is full of specific references to the show and movies in all sorts of different ways. Among the best of its callouts are its many animations, which you can pull up while in the game's lobby. You will find Yamcha's famous death pose, almost every ridiculous pose from the Ginyu force, and my personal favorite, Vegeta's bingo dance from Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods.

We'll have our full review of the game ready soon, but in the meantime, here are some of the game's assorted absurd referential poses and dances.

RPG Grind Time – Five RPGs You May Have Missed This Year

It’s hard to believe we’re heading into the final two months of the year, but here we are with the final RPG releases for 2016 trickling out. World of Final Fantasy just launched this week, which I need to spend more time with before I can offer up any thoughts, but Joe Juba really liked it. As we head into November, the next big RPG is Final Fantasy XV, which will be important as it will dictate the franchise’s future for better or worse. Almost all of the RPGs for 2016 have already hit, which got me thinking about which ones are essential. I decided to make a list of some of the best RPGs that you may have missed this year. Maybe you can knock one out before Final Fantasy XV launches.
